Photo Processing and Retention

Format conversion and black-and-white conversion run in your browser without uploading your image. When you submit an AI task, the selected image and editing instructions are sent to KIE and the selected model provider to perform that task. We store uploads and results privately on Cloudflare R2. Download access expires after 23 hours, with scheduled deletion every 15 minutes and a one-day storage lifecycle as a backup. Activity records remain available for seven days and do not extend file access.

The 24-hour file window refers to Enhance Photo storage and download links. KIE states that generated media is retained for 14 days and task logs for two months. We cannot independently shorten that upstream retention period. See KIE's data retention policy before submitting sensitive photos. Contact support@enhancephoto.app for a data request.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. You can update your profile in account settings. Contact support@enhancephoto.app to request access, export or deletion of personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
